Order Information

Placing an order

Online ordering is available worlwide.

Payment Methods

DENTALIZE accepts VISA and Mastercard credit cards.

Sales tax

We are required to collect state sales tax for orders delivered in Spain. While we do not collect any tax on international orders, they may be subject to tax, duty and/or import fees (see International orders section below).

Backorders

We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery. Stock is displayed on our online shop.

In the event that an item is out of stock or for any other reason it’s unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it.

We will hold the order until all items are in stock and available to ship. Contact us if you wish to cancel or change these items.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order while it hasn’t yet entered the shipping process (picked up and in the possession of the shipping company). If the item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, you must contact us. However, you can return the item for a refund (see return policy below). If the delivery is refused, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to import fees, duties and/or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches destination country (in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the courier). These charges must be borne by the recipient. DENTALIZE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Warranty

Customers have 1 week to apply any warranty. That covers only manufacturer’s defects of the products, and damaged products from the shipment.  A used product is not covered by the warranty.

Returning An Item

Once informed to DENTALIZE, customer can return a product. All returns are subject to inspection. If product is unused, customer will have a full refund.

In case of exchange for a customer mistake, purchaser will send the product back and will cover shipping charges for return. In case of a mistake done by the seller, DENTALIZE will arrange a pick-up and will cover the return costs.

Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials and accessories, and have to be conveniently protected to avoid shipping damages.

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the “Shopping Cart” to view shipping charges.

Delivery Requirements

An email contact and phone number are necessary for the courier company.

An adult signature is required for shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.

If is not possible to find someone at the address, the courier will leave a contact form to arrange a new delivery.
